1. McKinley Annex & Addition
   This 50,000 sf office for Office of Childrens Services, State of Alaska, is designed recently by RBA for developer Marc Marlow.
2. 188 West Northern Lights
   RBA has prepared shop drawings for the mechanical contractor on the $40 million high-rise development.
3. Klebs Mechanical Offices
   RBA has worked on over 70 projects with Klebs, many as a design-build collaboration for private and institutional clients.
4. Mountain View Community Center,
   This $6 million design- build project, operated by Boys & Girls Club but owned by MOA, is a remarkable development in the middle of a low income area. Assets include a computer center, gym, kitchen, arts and crafts room with an emergency generator for use as a civilian shelter.
5. Drift Inn Remodel, Kotzebue
   RBA helped convert this "hotel" into an office building for NANA Corporation. The Nul-Luk-Vik Hotel, Tupik Museum Building and Inupiat HUD Housing are other projects RBA staff has engineered in Kotzebue.
6. Mapco Express Soil Remediation
   For the centrally-located Mapco Gas station on the corner of Northern Lights and New Seward Highway, RBA performed electrical engineering services. The scheme included a pump manifold system, adjustable for vapor extraction, via shut-off valves. Other generic modules have been designed for the military on Fort Richardson and Elmendorf Air Force Base
7. Our Lady of Compassion Care Center
   RBA provided M/E engineering services for this health care facility in Anchorage. Aside from sleeping/living rooms, the main kitchen was remodeled with new cooking equipment, hoods and heat recovery ventilation units. The construction cost was over $5 million.
8. Elfin Cove Fuel Tank Farm
   RBA designed the mechanical and electrical systems for this project in Southeast Alaska. Eight tanks were replaced in a new containment dike and pump controls were upgraded. For the State of Alaska, RBA has surveyed more than 200 tank farms in over 50 villages State-wide.
9. Valley MRI Lab and CT Scan
   Located in Wasilla, this project completed in 2002, involved HVAC design for a Toshiba MRI Scan machine and a CT Scan. The condensing units and mechanical room cooling were designed. The exam rooms, break room and administrative offices rely on VAV terminals to maintain comfort conditions. For Dr. George C. Stransky, a clinic was designed on Lake Otis Parkway with a central boiler and ventilation system.
10. DOT/PF Leased Offices, Peger Road, Fairbanks For this 30,000 sf development, leased to State of Alaska, RBA designed the mechanical and electrical systems. Due to detailed design, there were only three field questions and just 6 months elapsed before full occupancy.
11. Pettit Warehouse Complex, Anchorage,
    RBA has been retained for multiple projects by this developer. The latest phase involves a 16-unit warehouse-office complex on the south side of town.
12. Alyeska Pipeline Service Co., Anchorage
    In 2003, the building owners retained RBA to survey the office complex on Bragaw Street. During the early 80's, the firm had designed upgrades for a blue-print room, UPS battery bank, condensing units, etc.
13. Restaurant Scene, Anchorage
    Typically, RBA designs several kitchen and restaurant facilities every year. Recent jobs have included City Diner, Nino's, China King Buffet, Peppercini's, China Lights, Skipper's Fire Rebuild and Simon and Seafort's Upgrade.
